Nearly all entrepreneurial systems online are created by neurotypicals for neurotypicals.
They do not work for our neurodivergent multipotentialite brains or our highly sensitive natures.

We internalise failure and blame ourselves for not executing the system properly, when in fact, it is the neurotypical system that has failed us.

The Valley of Despair
Here’s the typical toxic business cycle.
We develop new business ideas and get super excited.
Because of perfectionism, and our fear of failure, we watch countless YouTube videos filled with neurotypical business advice, listen to podcasts, buy some courses, etc.
Then we launch our business and fall into burnout and overwhelm.
Because
We don’t have clarity on our ideal client or our unique value
We are trying to force ourselves to use neurotypical business strategies that burn us out.
As a result, we don’t feel emotionally connected to our businesses.
If we don’t feel emotionally connected, we flip-flop from one idea to the next without gaining traction and start all over again with the same process.
Everything is about our emotional connection to our ideas. If we lose the meaning our motivation nosedives.
I was stuck in the same traps.

I spent 18 months bouncing from one niche to another without making any sustainable income.
Everything took off quickly when I finally nailed my niche and leveraged my multipotentialite brain.
When I started my TikTok, I had a completely different niche.
I was creating content for introverted creators.
I posted my first multipotentialite TikTok on April 15th, 2022. I had my first viral multipotentialite video on April 22nd, 2022.
The next month (May 2022), I went from $0- $5,400
The following month (June 2022) I did $10,350. All these sales happened weeks after the viral video.

Going Viral Is NOT Always The Answer
My business growth was not down to virality, it helped but my hyper growth was down to uncovering my unique value.
I know quite a lot about going viral.
As a former artist manager, my job was helping artists write hit records by helping them overcome creative blocks.
Hit records are songs that go viral.
I managed artists who had #1 albums, singles, and multiple top ten hits, etc
I was like everyone else. I assumed the key to being a successful entrepreneur was going viral.
But I was wrong.
The Secret Sauce
The key to any successful business is solving big problems that provide unique value.
Going viral only works when it is built around your unique value.
I can prove it to you.
I had gone viral dozens of times as a creator before I made any money.
I had over 2 dozen super viral posts on Reddit.
I had an article go super viral on LinkedIn in April 2022 when Harvard professor, Amy Edmondson reposted one of my articles.
It got me over 1,000 new email subscribers but no sales.
Why?
Because I hadn’t nailed my unique value!
Now that I have an offer that provides unique value I get sales from both my Harvard MBA clients and Reddit — even though I haven’t posted on Reddit in years!
It’s not about going viral, it’s about going viral built around solving a problem for your ideal clients that provides unique value.
